Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

This policy explains which personal data is processed when visiting this website or contacting us.

Last updated: 12. Juli 2026

Controller

Innovation & Kooperation Scheiber GmbH, Ahornweg 4, 95643 Tirschenreuth, Bayern, Deutschland. Geschäftsführer: Dr. Josef Scheiber.

Privacy contact

Dr. Josef Scheiber, mail@josef-scheiber.de

Hosting

This website is hosted by Strato. According to the current setup, data should be processed only in Germany. A data processing agreement should be verified and documented.

Server log files

When accessing this website, technically necessary access data may be processed, for example IP address, time, requested URL, referrer, browser, and operating system. Processing serves secure and stable website delivery.

Contact form and newsletter interest

If you use the contact form or newsletter field, we process the data entered to handle your request. Required fields are the data needed for the respective processing. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, depending on context.

Test-to-Action Score

Assessment answers and progress are initially stored only in your browser. If you request the full analysis, we process your name, business email address, company, optional website, profile details, and calculated result values to create and deliver the analysis under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Follow-up emails are sent only with separate consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with future effect.

Email delivery

Form messages are transmitted by email to mail@josef-scheiber.de. The concrete SMTP configuration is provided through the server environment and must be documented before launch.

Cookies and tracking

No consent-requiring tracking or marketing technology is currently implemented. The website only stores your privacy preference locally in the browser so the notice is not shown again on every visit. If analytics, marketing, or embedding technology is added later, it will be activated only after your consent and this policy will be updated accordingly.

Retention

Personal data is deleted once the purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to certain processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Status and placeholders

This version contains placeholders for registration/tax data and the final technical documentation of hosting and email delivery.
